Before you join MT Neighborhood, you must agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Services may be canceled at any time, and for any reason.
• Our services are open to individuals in the transcription industry to get together and discuss transcription and things of interest to transcriptionists.
• Hate sites and/or sites that promote discrimination, hatred, or provocations to violence are not permitted.
• We attempt to keep our servers up at all time, but we are not responsible for downtime that may result due our services being  inaccessible.
• All the following information is to be provided accurately. Entering incorrect information is grounds for deletion. Your information will not be sold or released under any conditions, so there is no reason not to enter any of it.
• SPAM, or unsolicited commercial E-mail or newsgroup posts, are not allowed to promote anything hosted by us.
• Abuse of our services or use in violation of our terms of service will result in being banned from our service.
• Defeating our banner system will result in immediate removal of your account, with no warning. There are no exceptions to this rule.
• Attempts to defraud our system will result in immediate removal of your account.
• We reserve the right to modify our Terms of Service at any time, and you will be bound by the new terms of service 24 hours after modification.
• You must be over 13 years of age to join our service.
  Message boards moderated by a transcription service company and/or its representative(s) are not allowed.
• You can view our Privacy Policy if you have any question as to how the information we collect from you and your visitors is used.

MT Neighborhood ad policy: No Google ads, no LinkShare ads. All ads will be fully sponsored and related to transcription and the transcription business.
